Kiwanis Park

     Beautiful park with new playground equipment, picnic tables, grills and rest rooms, all adjacent to Baxter Springs’ soccer fields.  Kiwanis Park is located at the east edge of Baxter Springs on the north side of Highway 166, directly across the Highway from Riverside Park.

     The park is generally closed at about 10:30 P.M. and opens about 06:00 A.M. If the weather is bad then the park remains closed untill it dries out. In the winter the gates will be shut during winter weather but foot traffic is still allowed. Please keep all vehicles on the roadway and in designated parking areas. This helps us keep the condition of the park in top shape.
