Judge David A. Hensley

      Judge David A. Hensley is the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Baxter Springs. Judge Hensley is certified by the Kansas Supreme Court and has served as Judge since 2009.

Randy DeBeeld – Clerk

     Randy DeBeeld is the Clerk of the Municipal Court. He oversees the daily operations of the Municipal Court. He began his service in 2009 as a dispatcher, then Animal Control, and has served as the Court Clerk since 2013.

Robert E. Myers – Prosecutor

      Robert Myers is an attorney licensed to practice law in Kansas and is responsible for the prosecution of all alleged violations of City ordinances in Municipal Court. He has served as City Prosecutor since 2002.
