Please stop by City Hall in person to complete necessary paperwork.
Bring a valid picture ID and your social Security Identification number.
A $ 50.00 non-refundable service fee is required at time you sign up for service.
Please be prepared to show the utility billing office your lease/rental agreement or proof of ownership.
